Foldscope based method for detection of fake saffron

Developed a ‘Saffron Adulteration Detection POSTER’ based on visual markers detected using low-cost handheld microscopes used in frugal science by children. Fake Saffron Detection using Poster developed on Foldscope-based Saffron Pics is an easy method developed for customer-centric use, who can easily take pictures using an origami-based paper microscope (foldscope) or other cheap hand-held microscopes.
